Conference Registration Tariff (Non-Residential)

Note: Senior citizens are exempted from only registration fees but any other person accompanied will be charge as per norms.

Workshop Registration

Registration Guidelines

• These Fees are inclusive of conference charges, Breakfast, lunch, Banquet charges & all taxes.
• Please share a screenshot of your payment on with your name, city & mobile number.
• On backside of your cheque, please write your name, city and mobile number.
• Certificate from HOD, Institution is mandatory to register as a PG Student.
• Senior residents / those having completed their orthopedic qualification are not eligible to register as PGs.
• Child above 5 years will have to be registered.

Cancellation Policy

• GOACON registration is non-transferable that means it cannot be transferred to any other delegate as a substitute.
• Processing of refunds: Refunds will be processed within 45 working days post the conference.
• No cancellation request will be accepted after 1st February 2026.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Refunds of cancelled registration will be made only against a written request by email (goacon2026@gmail.com) or a post submitted before 31^st January, 2026.
• From 1^st February, 2026 onwards, no refund request will be entertained by the Secretariat
• GST amount and 25% of the Registration fee would be deducted as processing charges and the rest will be refunded one month after completion of the conference.
